About Me
Why do I care so deeply about helping everyday business owners and investors?
Because I’ve seen firsthand what’s at stake.
Before transitioning into commercial real estate advisory, I spent nearly a decade in business and commercial real estate law. During that time, I repeatedly witnessed the consequences of poor space decisions. Not just inconvenient missteps, but decisions that proved catastrophic. Business owners forced out of their locations, deals unraveling, and in some cases, businesses pushed toward bankruptcy.
The common thread was almost always the same: a lack of a skilled, business-minded advocate and decisions driven by emotion rather than economics.
I watched people fall in love with spaces without understanding the true costs, risks, or long-term implications. Had they been guided by someone willing to slow the process down and paint the full picture both financially and operationally then the outcome might have been very different.
Over time, I also became acutely aware of how much “insider” information and off-market opportunity was inaccessible to small business owners. I saw it affect people close to me, including my own family, as uninformed real estate decisions quietly eroded otherwise strong businesses. That realization fueled a deep commitment to change the narrative.
I developed an advisory approach designed to empower clients with clarity, context, and confidence. The goal is simple: help business owners and investors make thoughtful space decisions that support long-term success, not short-term wins.
There is nothing quite like watching a client open their first location. But the real magic happens when they take the next step by becoming commercial real estate owners themselves, building portfolios, and creating freedom and stability for their families. Helping entrepreneurs reach that point never gets old.
Today, my work is focused on guiding clients through office, retail, and mixed-use decisions with an emphasis on strategy, sustainability, and long-term value. Every engagement is rooted in partnership, trust, and a belief that real estate decisions shape not just businesses, but lives and communities.
Let’s keep building something meaningful, together.
